The following is a copy of the pdf that is avalaible to view in the documents section -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Advice to participants of the Mudbash Rover Scout Event June Long Weekend 2010 Please be aware that concerns have been communicated to local Victoria Police officers regarding the driving of vehicles to and from the Mudbash event. Issues identified include: - Driving at a dangerous speed given the road conditions, wandering wildlife/livestock and adverse weather - Driving of vehicles with heavily loaded trailers at a fast rate on narrow winding roads - Driving to and from the event whilst tired or fatigued If these behaviours continue there is a real chance of serious injury and death. I implore all of you to act and drive responsibility taking this advice into account. Local Highway Patrol officers will be out in force in the area actively policing the roads to and from the event Members of Police Scouters Victoria will also be active in the area with the aim of making the event safe for everyone
